- SME for Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
- Analyze and enhance our hybrid environment (Entra ID, Active Directory, AD Connect, MIM, etc.)
- Collaborate in maintaining and enhancing the Office 365 environment
- Hands-on configuration changes, in the purpose of stabilizing and advancing our existing environment, and provide operational support (Level 3) as needed
- Lead Entra ID integrations with other platforms (ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, etc)
- Meet with IT customers to understand their business requirements; document requirements and build solution design and operational support documents
- Write solution design documents and create operational handbooks as needed
- Lead project tracking and critical metrics in accordance with departmental methodology to ensure the quality of products and solutions delivered
- Supervise multiple projects and/or major development of systems, applications, and other IT related initiatives
- Collaborate with others on operational excellence, service innovations, governance, and security. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to establish relationships with collaborators, including various business divisions, technology and functional groups.
- Demonstrate ability to maintain a customer-centric service approach in a fast-paced environment
- Use interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to optimally interact with all levels of management, including business leaders, executives and plant level users
- Provide roadmaps that allow Novelis to operate secure and in the most effective manner.
- BS in Computer Science, Systems Analysis or related work experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a system engineering role
- Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and Office 365 Environments
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Entra ID and identity manager logic
- Proficient knowledge with Infrastructure Services (Active Directory, AD Connect, DNS, DHCP, GPO, PXE)
- Proficient in leading and coordinating Office 365 and SharePoint environments.
- Knowledgeable in security tools associated with Office 365/SharePoint.
- Expertise in implementing and handling Conditional Access policies.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for Office 365 / AD administration and automation.
- Fundamental knowledge in Endpoint Management, networking (TCPIP, Firewalls, VLANs)
- The ideal candidate will have superb communication skills, strong presentation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
