- Issuing employment offer letters and contracts for our employees
- Managing Social Security Registration of employees
- Ensuring effective collaboration with our external payroll provider and operations support departments
- Establishing daily contact with different stakeholders for amendments, resignations, disciplinary matters, and compliance with local laws
- Maintaining daily communication with employees and responding to local and payroll-related queries
- UtiliSing HR Data Systems to input and compile data on employees, updating records regularly and providing reports on a timely manner
- Support the implementation and consolidation of TUI Group and TUI Musement HR processes and policies
- Supporting the delivery of the country´s HR Agenda
- Previous experience in Human Resources
- Experience in HR operations for France preferred
- You have a basic understanding of French employment laws, regulations, French payroll and the onboarding process
- You are a HR professional with demonstrable experience of working in an international environment
- You pay attention to detail and can work timely, efficiently, and precisely
- You have excellent communication, verbal, and written skills in French and English
- Experience with HR systems, coupled with a demonstrated digital mindset preferred.
- University Degree or equivalent preferred
