Influence what the best solutions are and communicate your findings to key business stakeholders.Who you are:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.5+ years of experience in software engineering and development.An interest in being a mentor and influencing best practices with less experienced developers.Exceptional coding experience with Golang, Python, Ruby or similar programming languages.Strong grasp of SQL compositions skills for composing queries and analysis.Well developed experience with non-relational databases, like MongoDB.Confident with the utilization of Web Services and APIs.Established and proven expertise with Golang and Python, an Influencer of the use of Git and Gitflow.Experience with developing on Cloud, especially GCP and AWS.Experience in Microservices, Kubernetes (GKE preferable), and Docker.Proven ability in Design and Architecture of complex, highly scalable and performance driven applications.Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.The Right Results, the Right Way is not just a motto at Priceline; it’s a way of life.
