- Process order and return transactions to internal customers.
- Place and expedite orders from suppliers.
- Oversees the acquisition, utilization, cost control, and functional condition of company owned tools and equipment
- Manages equipment repairs, the preventative maintenance program, and fleet maintenance.
- Orchestrates the timely pick-ups and deliveries of tooling, materials, shop fabrication and major equipment
- Maintains and monitors proper inventory levels of tools and materials to adequately support shop and field production.
- Monitors the activities and efficiencies of the company shipping and receiving department and material returns operation.
- Compiles and analyzes data for asset/inventory accounts and labor budgets.
- Responsible for the year-end inventory process, preparations and reporting of accounts.
- Research and update purchase orders.
- Navigate and update vendor or supplier databases.
- Process ERP billing to customers.
- Utilizes and trains others on functionality and application of small tools and rental
- Mentors, supervises, and manages time for assigned team.
- Efficiently utilizes the assigned manpower in reaching short- and long-term objectives and goals. Includes creating a culture of inclusivity, participating in multidepartment projects,
- Understanding of ERP Purpose and Functionality preferred.
- Understanding of Asset Management Software preferred.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Three (3) years of previous supervisory and warehouse management experience, including progressively responsible duties in warehousing is required.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.
- Knowledge of tools and equipment used within the mechanical contracting industry and purchasing experience preferred.
