- Help to create a cohesive strategy from acquisition to conversion
- Run and prioritize a product roadmap delivering tangible benefits to clients and visitors
- Oversee the day to day quality of the website across the different markets liaising with local teams and internal partners
- Be the custodian of the website & follow-up on website change requests & bugs with the articulation of markets and internal partners
- Optimize the online purchasing process to enhance the client journey
- Monitor and analyze both website behavior traffic and suggest improvements to enhance overall user experience
- Improve product discovery on website and improve content positioning
- Drive continuous innovation, implementing new strategies to improve website client navigation
- Coordinate with External Suppliers, as well as Digital Identity & Digital Services, make sure that they are consistent with the online retail and Maison strategy for the Market
- Develop a strong symbiotic relationship with Digital Identity to guide the website roadmap
- Work closely with group and internal partners (Digital Services) to ensure latest developments and deployments are executed seamlessly
- Collaborate with the Online Merchandising manager for Product Ranking and Searchandising features on the website
