- Support the Programs & Project and Solution & Adoption division staff in the creation of SoWs by actively writing / adjusting the content of an Sow based on ‘intake sessions’ with the stakeholders.
- Support the Programs & Project and Solution & Adoption division staff in the creation of SoWs by actively correcting/optimizing the draft provided by the vendor.
- Ensuring the SoW’s that go to the Contract Management and Procurement teams for review are of increasing quality, incorporating earlier feedback in new SoWs.
- Lighten the workload for the creation of SoWs for the various ACOs in the Program & Projects and Solution & Adoption teams.
- Ensure a smooth, effective and quick approval process.
- For larger SOWs, support the ACOs in the alignment required of the wider Canon IT ecosystem
- A Bachelor or Master Degree
- Related business experience and knowledge
- Understanding of IT projects & deliveries - ability to relate to SOW content
- Experience with writing of SoW
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Prince2 / Agile qualification is a nice-to-have
- Highly organized & self-motivated with an excellent eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and within pre-determined guidelines such as key reference documents, templates and processes
- Ability to quickly understand the legal framework, as it has been set for the respective vendors
- Sufficient legal understanding to create sharp legal wording
