Come work at a place where innovation and teamwork come together to support the most exciting missions in the world!Within the Deal Operations function, the Deal team serves as a trusted advisor to Sales, focused on crafting and structuring deals. The team works with internal stakeholders to create scalable and efficient policies and processes in support of deal making & sales activities. The primary mandate is to provide front-line, day-to-day (weekdays) support to client’s global sales teams, but also including other cross functional stakeholders, such as Deal Desk and Legal.What You Will Do:Implement the client’s Deal Operations global strategy, in alignment with the client’s Sales business strategyDeliver a fluctuating volume of tasks within a defined time frame, to a consistent qualityProvide support & guidance to Sales on best practice deal management & contract structuringIdentify and document task processes in support of the contracting processCollaborate with and provide advice & deal insights to cross functional teams (systems, legal, pricing etc.) in order to build scalable, efficient processes; drive improvements in policies, processes and system, and to help increase sales productivityPartner with third party vendor team on SFDC case/deal queries, and contribute to process improvement initiatives to transition suitable tasks from contractor team to vendor teamMust Haves:Salesforce Case Experience3+ years of experience in a deal support role ideally in a tech environmentA proven track record in successfully owning and delivering manual and automated processesExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSuccess partnering with key stakeholders across sales, product and engineering to surface and improve internal processesSound business judgment, strong analytical skills, and a provenTrack record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing resultsExperience working within a high-growth, technology company with the ability to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, working to agree Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Ability to coach, buddy and upskill peers once trainedBachelor’s DegreeNice to Have:Comfortable working under time pressure during quarter end peak periodsExperience advising Sales teams on navigating deal constructs and sales processesOk with performing repetitive, manual tasksJoin the A-Team and experience the A-Life!
