- Planning and Coordinating Creative projects under the team and providing visibility to all stakeholders
- Responsible for designing and implementing digital strategies/initiatives
- Achieving high quality and on-time online delivery
- Efficient delivery and quality checks
- Extraordinary detail orientation combined with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Coordinate content for website, articles, videos, email campaigns, webinars, virtual events and social media, etc.
- Manage and oversee Straumann Group’s social media accounts, reports and manage 3rd party agencies for visual designs, etc.
- Monitor and recommend campaign optimization options to ensure successful campaign delivery
- Measure the success of online media campaigns
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the info
- Maintaining good relationships and open communication with other departments to coordinate end-to-end operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Communication, or in a similar field
- 3+ years of experience in digital agencies or in a similar role
- Good command of English
- Interested in working in a global, multibrand environment, cross-cultural working
- Basic knowledge of WordPress is a plus
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics is a must
- Trackable experience on AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
- Solid knowledge of Agile Project Management
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize and work independently
- Ability to manage and track marketing budgets / forecasting and detailed reporting
- Have an understanding of emerging technologies in the context of communication
- Strong analytical/problem solving & communication skills
- No restrictions to travel in and abroad
