- Data entry of agency orders including, posting payments to agency accounts.
- Respond in a timely manner to all pick-up agencies upon their arrival for order pick up.
- Receive agency checks and deliver to finance for posting and deposit.
- File agency order documentation and purge data quarterly.
- Order validation throughout the day on agency orders.
- Invoice agency orders once the orders have been posted.
- Manage the incoming delivery schedule.
- Track credit and grant usage on agency accounts.
- Provide accurate and timely written and/or verbal reports of calls, meetings, results, and follow up to Supervisor.
- Serve as backup to the Warehouse Specialist 2 position to support warehouse functions.
- Serve as back up to Initiate and process pick ticket creation, jet reporting, inventory movement reports, etc.
- Keep up-to-date and knowledgeable about the Arkansas Foodbank and related issues.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to maintain an approachable and professional disposition.
- Ability to communicate effectively, oral, and written format.
- Ability to work independently and to organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to meet deadlines and operate office equipment.
- Ability to lift/move approximately 20 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail.
