- Serves as the front line face of 901 Real Estate Services for all incoming clients and prospective residents
- Process new leads and follow up on existing leads
- Show prospective residents on a daily basis
- Coordinate collaborative property marketing efforts with the Marketing Manager
- Assist in performing property inspections including but not limited to pre-move-out/transfer, post-move-out, and pre-move-in quality control inspections
- Leasing/Property Management experience is preferred
- Sales background is preferred
- Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets, and Multiple Listing Service
- Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Google Chrome and using Google Search
- Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be quick in all leasing aspects as this is a fast-moving position
