Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures. Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth. Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.). Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication. Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
  • Operations Management: Ensure that all aspects of the manufacturing process are running smoothly and efficiently. Oversee quality control throughout the product lifecycle. Maintain knowledge of the industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry regulations.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial health and sustainability. Oversee the preparation of comprehensive reports, budgets, and forecasts. Analyze financial data and use it to improve profitability. Approve expenditures and ensure they are within budget.
  • Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase market share. Foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Enhance the company's public image to expand interest and support. Ensure that the sales team meets its quotas and goals.
  • Human Resources: Recruit, interview, and onboard senior executives. Implement effective talent acquisition and retention strategies. Promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale. Ensure all employees have the resources and training needed to perform their jobs effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA or other relevant graduate degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management position in a related industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing strategic and business plans.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
  • Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, sales, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to solve problems, make decisions, and take responsibility for outcomes.
