Senior Manager, Product ManagementProduct: Consumer HealthcareChannel: Consumer Channel (OTC, MT, TT)Job summaryDevelop and propose marketing plan, drive product and marketing strategies into implementation in order to achieve agreed sales target, within controlled budget. Support business planning to achieve P&L and brand objectivesGeneral responsibilities
  • Develop and define marketing plan and budget to support sales target achievement based on the strategic business plan guidelines from Brand Manager and client
  • Manage and implement all marketing activities including market research, overseeing product development and design, setting prices, launching new products, advertising campaigns and monitoring sales performance
  • Support business planning at the executive level to develop an overall marketing strategy that is consistent with the organization's overall mission, vision, and long-term objectives
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities; adjust marketing strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions
  • Organize product presentation for targeted customers and consumers
  • Oversee product training and promotional material for sales team
  • Closely liaison with client and other external third party (media agencies) for marketing activities, brand strategic planning, etc.
  • Coordinate with other functional and operational Area Managers (particularly in sales, customer service, production, research and development) to ensure that marketing strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with the overall corporate objectives
  • Ensure sufficient product inventory according to accurate inventory forecast Oversee stock carrying according to the agreement between Client and company
  • Coordinate with sales team in sales activities
Leadership responsibilities
  • Manage team/function goals to ensure goals are well-defined and clearly communicated
  • Manage learning and development of team in the area of sales and DKSH behavior to achieve team/function goals
  • Support sales forces structure excellence which provide healthy profit among each sales team
