Collaborate closely with Heads, General Managers, and Country Managers across various countries to support commercial aspects of business operations
Utilise financial and market data to analyse trends, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights for business growth
Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to execute growth initiatives and achieve business objectives
Track and report on key performance metrics such as revenue, margin, market share, and growth to provide management with comprehensive insights
Identify risks and opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
Identify and champion initiatives that drive business growth within assigned countries
What you bring:The ideal candidate for this Finance Business Partner role will bring a wealth of experience from the FMCG industry. With a minimum of 10 years' experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance or Business Analysis roles under your belt, you'll have developed strong analytical skills that allow you to solve complex problems with ease. Your ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams will be key in this role. You'll also have excellent English communication skills, enabling you to present your findings and insights effectively. Your proficiency in Excel and feasibility studies will be crucial in analysing financial and market data.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields
Thai nationality
Minimum 10 years' working experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Analysis preferably in the FMCG industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams
Good English communication and presentation skills
Strong proficiency in excel and feasibility studies
Be initiative, independent, collaborative and proactive
