Develop project plans and schedules to make sure projects are completed on time.
Work with different teams (Sales/Applications, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing) to assign tasks and coordinate activities.
Keep customers informed and happy throughout the project, from start to finish.
Check that everything is in order before delivering projects to customers.
Coordinate project installations with service teams and contractors.
Communicate well between teams to solve problems and keep projects on track.
Manage suppliers and contractors to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Keep an eye on project costs and manage any changes or extra work.
Give feedback to different teams to improve our processes and customer satisfaction.
Arrange visits for customers to our facilities and maintain good relationships with them.
Handle any other tasks assigned by your supervisor.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Experience in managing customer relationships and ensuring project success.
PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
