SALARY: 50,000 - 80,000 THB - OPEN TO DISCUSS
LOCATION: BANGKOK
Position Overview:
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the overall growth objectives of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within the IT/Security System/Telecom industry and a passion for driving impactful marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote Company's products and services to target audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral, including sales materials, presentations, and digital assets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and leverage insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Plan and execute marketing events, such as webinars, trade shows, and conferences, to showcase Company's offerings and engage with prospects and customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to track campaign effectiveness and ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance marketing strategies and tactics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing roles, experiences in IT/Security System/Telecom industry, is an advantage.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans and initiatives.
- Good communication in English (reading, writing, and speaking). Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
