We are the largest insurance broker in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.Bjak emphasizes the use of cutting-edge technology in Customer API, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Blockchain to provide customers with efficient access to car insurance purchasing.In Thailand, known as "Dsure," we offer not only car insurance services with 24 leading insurance companies for car insurance but also offer compulsory motor insurance and facilitate road tax services.About the RoleAs our Performance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales team. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve individual and team performance, ultimately exceeding our sales goals and growing our market share in the general insurance landscape.Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of insurance brokers, providing ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales training program, focusing on product knowledge, effective sales techniques, and client relationship management.
  • Set clear and measurable sales goals and objectives for individual brokers and the overall team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for individual and team improvement.
  • Analyze sales data and identify trends to create strategic sales plans and action plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key insurance carriers to secure competitive products and pricing.
  • Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve their full potential and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Implement and optimize CRM systems to enhance sales tracking and reporting.
  • Create and deliver sales presentations to a wide range of clients.
  • Partner with marketing and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of general insurance products and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in sales performance analysis tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to motivate, inspire, and hold team members accountable.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
