  • Follow up the Export information with Sales, Oversea agent, Customer(shipper)
  • Booking space with Co-loader/Shipping line and release booking confirmation to shipper
  • Submit SI/VGM and others data as require to Co-loader/Shipping line timely
  • Follow up shipment schedule and update to related party
  • Manage export process under SOP of oversea agent/shipper/sales
  • Check cost and prepare payment to the Co-loader/Shipping line
  • Follow up Quotation from Sales and Issue Invoice to customer
  • Issue DN/CR to oversea agent
  • Send pre-alert and release Bill of Lading to customer
  • Summary job and close to Account Dept.
คุณสมบัติ
  • Male or Female, 22-27 years old
  • Bachelor degree in Logistics, International Business Management, or any related field
  • 0-2 year working experience as Export operation in Freight Forwarding business
  • Understand and able to reading, writing and speaking in English (Chinese is a plus)
  • Good computer skill
  • Service mind, Positive attitude, Responsibility and able to work under pressure
