DescriptionRole Description:The Category Marketing Lead - Rice and Field Crops for Corteva Thailand will drive profitable growth in of Rice and Field Crops portfolio in the country. This role requires leadership of cross-functional team to effectively position our products in the market and execute robust marketing strategies. Responsibilities include developing strategic growth plans, overseeing campaign development, analyzing market trends & insight to drive strategic decision making, driving commercial effectiveness and leading new product launch plan.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning and Execution· Develop short- and long-term strategic Growth Plan and implement strategic marketing plans for Rice and Field Crops Portfolio in alignment with business direction and regional strategies to deliver revenue and profit goals of the business.· Lead market analytics and customer insights initiatives to inform strategic decision-making.· Lead Territory planning to drive commercial effectiveness of demand generations in prioritized market units.Campaign Development and Execution· Develop and execute farmers' and channel partners' programs that drive business growth while delivering value to farmers through Corteva products and technologies.· Oversee the development of marketing campaigns that effectively promote Corteva's products and align with brand objectives.· Work closely with the Market Communication Manager to ensure campaigns are strategically planned, executed, and measured for effectiveness.· Price & trade scheme formulizations & designing support, Timely scheme settlementCross-Functional Collaboration· LPCT (Local Product Concept Team) Leadership - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and lead business initiatives, in alignment with regional and global guidance.· Lead program management to ensure successful new product launches.· Lead New commercialization team for Value Demonstration activities to demonstrate products differentiated value to the farmers, creating demand and ensure ramping up of new product launches.· Work closely with Country Business, IFS and Commercial Teams to enhance performance management and competency building within Demand Generation teams.Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Marketing focused on brand & portfolio management in agribusiness or related industries that connect with end-users.
  • Solid experience in driving strategic efforts that delivered sustained growth through holistic Marketing & Execution Plans
· Strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.· Strong understanding of Thailand Agriculture market dynamic and customer needs
  • High level of comfort in leading a team either through direct, matrix or a cross-functional team working on a project
  • Has directly handled end-to-end process of product launches.
