Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies aligned with the company's overall sales plan.
  • Prospect and qualify new leads, conducting market research to identify potential customers.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and continued business.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, effectively communicating product features and benefits.
  • Negotiate and close deals, securing profitable contracts with clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and reporting to the Sales Manager.
  • Assist with sales administration tasks, such as preparing quotations, invoices, and contracts.
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
  • Support the Sales Manager with training and development of the sales team (if applicable).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, manage time effectively, and work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong understanding of CRM systems (a plus).
