The Operation manager is our Brand advocate for boutique team. You will be responsible for the development and optimization of the boutique operation. Your primary goal is utilize resources & manage 360 orchestration with all stakeholders, to ensure boutique operation runs efficiently and effectively.The Operation manager will be dedicated to boutique operation by providing unsurpassed level of service to all stakeholders. You are to maintain high level of operation standards in the boutique, and uphold brand image through advocating and enforcing boutique compliances at all times, while committed to the continuous improvement in retail operation processes.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESUphold of Brand image through robust BOMs
  • Ensure that Boutique BOMs are rigorously followed and implemented in the boutique, by emphasizing the importance of compliances to the boutique team, to secure high standards of upholding the Brand Image.
  • Work with all stakeholders in formulating the implementation strategies of BOMs in boutique, that are pragmatic and applicable for day-to day operations.
  • Plan regular updates and implement in-boutique briefings on boutique operation related topics.
Boutique operation & Team management
  • Lead back of house support team to ensure all operational procedures such as sales, discount, transfers, stock adjustments, after sales service, etc., are executed strictly under corporate policies.
  • Manage BOHs & Support team roster (where applicable), external vendor relationship, and in-boutique procurement matters.
  • Ensures team accurately & completion of daily reports, opening & closing procedures, stock management, cash handling, in-boutique health & safety, and all operational related tasks, are proceeded strictly under corporate compliances on a daily basis.
  • Simplify BOMs to advocate in-boutique team for deep understanding of compliances, and provide solutions for the team to implement procedures to comply accordingly.
  • Motivate and inspire support team in setting the highest standard of operational executions and providing beyond expectation of client service.
  • Monitor and review support team performance, through regular catch ups and team development plan.
  • Work with L&D stakeholders on team member's learning journey and skills development plans.
Operation optimization and improvements
  • Build the culture of operation excellence optimization and improvement in the boutique operations
  • Strive for flawless operation executions and constantly implement solutions to improve operation efficiency.
  • Systematically track performance of operation efficiency in boutique, including shipment delivery, inventory management, health & safety policies, and any other compliance related tasks.
  • Lead in-boutique operation projects & co-create execution plan with operation market office, on the implementation strategies and tools that derived from guidelines of both regional and HQ initiatives, to elevate operation efficiency, employee well beings, and client experiences.
  • Work closely with operation retail office on collecting constructive feedback and generating solutions to improve operational projects and tools at the boutique.
KEY COMPETENCIES
  • Minimum bachelor's degree (any field) with a minimum 7 years of management role in retail.
  • Experience in Luxury Retail is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, self-driven for excellence, eye for details, and passion for operations.
  • Passion for luxury watch and jewellery
  • Excellence communicators, able to adapt communication style to suit with multiple audiences.
  • Deep understand in boutique operations and work flow and able to exercise good judgement with tactful decision making
  • Experience in people management with a team of at least 10 or more is a strong plus
  • Fluent in English and Thai, Mandarin a plus
  • Well groomed, with a pleasant and dynamic personality
  • Ability to work at the boutique and retail hours with shifts
