FP&A Manager - OPEX , Logistics & Warehouse

• Being responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis for OPEX, Logistics and Warehouse pillars.
• Handling Operating Expenses related to logistics and Warehouse from budgeting, forecasting, actual tracking, and analysis of variance vs. plan and vs. forecast as well as monthly performance.
• Taking the role of a Financial Business Partner and working closely with the supply chain and manufacturing stakeholders including Logistic, Warehouse and Customer Service.
• Driving achievement of financial and business performance, providing insightful analysis of Warehouse, Transportation and Distribution costs, identifying risks and opportunities, as well as suggesting mitigation plans.
• Managing Budget/Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monthly Forecast of Logistic and Warehouse costs.
• Drive data quality, and lead improvement of forecast accuracy with business.
• Actively monitor and analyze monthly actual spending vs. budget and vs. forecast to identify key variance and underlying reasons/root causes, and action plan.
• Partnering with the relevant parties to drive business performance, identify risks and opportunities and mitigation plan for gap closing as well as catching up on the implementation of planning and execution.
• Corresponding with dynamic production and logistic strategy changes and visiting plants and distribution centres to meet partners and to understand business situations and problems.
• Supporting the productivity cost-saving team by monitoring actual vs plan vs forecast in areas of logistics, Warehouse and Customer Service, and verifying productivity/cost-saving calculations.
• Reporting directly to the Senior Supply Chain Finance Manager.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, Accounting and related.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in FP&A role for OPEX or Financial Business Partner Relevant work experience in Finance, preferably FMCG manufacturing company.
• Possess of Solid technical and functional knowledge in Finance and Accounting
• Must be experienced in budget and forecast process and variance analysis with strong analytical skills and familiar with BI and SAP systems.
• Mature personality with the ability to be a business partner and manage the senior stakeholders / BU Heads and be able to work effectively with cross-functional areas.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing & people management skills.
• Good English communication both verbal & written.
