- Liaise with the operations and reservations teams daily
- Ensure seamless experiences for key clients' reservations/events
- Report to the assistant manager and restaurant manager
- Motivates and develops team members

- Independent management of store operations
- Proficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Deep understanding of customer service principles
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite

- Clear and concise communicator
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company standards and procedures
- Minimum 1 year of experience at a supervisory level
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Hospitality Sector
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP procedures
- Fluency in spoken and written English
