Compiling weekly plans for production as per clients due dates/ priority orders for the CSA17. Ensuring Sales figures are met.18. Interfacing with customers regarding order book issues19. Interfacing with the Order Fulfilment team regarding the achievement of customer service levels1. Grade 122. Tertiary sales qualification (essential non negotiable)3. Computer literacy and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel4. Previous experience in customer care and customer services (an added advantage)5. Working knowledge of (Sage/JDE/SAP) Systems within the Sales and Marketing Modules (an added advantage
