As Performance Analytics Specialist, Senior Associate you will:Ensure quality and timeliness of core performance measurement services and reportingPrepare/Review Client Reporting for Performance Measurement and /or AttributionPerform validation, research and analysis of performance resultsUnderstand upstream data sources and applications for research purposes and exception resolutionPoint of expertise for junior staff/processing teams on performance-related questionsMaintain Quality Control Documentation explaining return outliers and custom client activityMaintain documents on scope of service, procedures, risk assessments, contacts and deliverablesAssist more senior staff in designated projects and assignmentsRecommends and implements improvements to current process and drive high-levels of qualityContribute to analysis and planning of operating model with the aim of standardizing processes and establishing best practiceMake recommendations for changes to processes and procedures and prepare documentation for review as requiredWhat we valueSkills and desired competencies:Excellent written and verbal English communication skillsAttention to detail, accuracy and ability to work towards tight deadlinesCollaboration and teamworkAbility to take ownership and show initiativeAccuracy and motivation to deliver quality serviceEducation & Preferred Qualifications:2+ years of related work experience, and/or solid knowledge of investment performance analysis and attribution conceptsBS/BA in finance, economics, mathematics or related areaExcellent PC skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
