MSD 365 F&O Functional Consultant – Tester

• Experience in interaction with clients/customers to understand and document business requirements
• Ability to demonstrate solution capabilities to clients/customers including complex solutions with integration to third party software
• Experience in test cases building, execution and errors solving
• Ability to test results reporting
• Experience in identifying non-functional requirements
• Ability to document requirements or user stories with the relevant acceptance criteria, assumption, design decisions and Fit Gap analysis
• Experience in creating, approving functional requirements and functional design for customisations (functional design documents (FDD))
• Expected to identify, fix bugs and knowledge of raising Microsoft tickets
• Ability to produce handover documentation to allow transition to support functions
• Experience in configuring and utilising DevOps for requirements collation and delivery
• Expected to actively share knowledge through learning channels such as lunch and learns, capability community and other sources
• Expected to keep up to date with technical advances through Microsoft and community material on an ongoing basis
• Professional English proficiency

• At least one year of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / SCM
• Associate level MS certifications (best in more than one area)
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
