Prepare monthly reconciliations for both foreign and local suppliers
Efficiently process payments to suppliers, including EFT transactions on Bank & Autoline
Handle paperwork for Bank-LC' and BOP Forms
Allocate payments and send out remittances promptly
Compile weekly cashflow reports to ensure financial transparency
Assist with adhoc tasks and communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve queries

Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12)
BCom Accounting

Experience:

Minimum 5 years' experience in creditors clerk role, with essential experience in foreign creditors
Experience with Autoline highly advantageous
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication skills, coupled with integrity and trustworthiness.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in execution.
Self-reliant and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
