The roleTo be expert with the technical elements necessary to provide a quality and comprehensive conveyancing service with a customer service focus and working in accordance with the Shoosmiths Values and Agreed Behaviours.
Main responsibilities
- Competently, confidently and consistently undertake all key functions within a conveyancing transaction.
- To be able to handle Freehold, Leasehold, Unregistered, New Build and Shared Ownership sale and purchase transactions with minimal supervision.
- Supervise paralegals with systems and processes to ensure the efficient running of a transaction.
- Manage and develop working relationships with all work providers.
- Deliver a high standard of customer care to all clients and work providers.
