- Bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant field, with 10+ years of experience in HR.
- Mobilizes individuals toward organizational goals and expectations.
- Identifies issues and proposes innovative solutions.
- Expertise in organizational development and change management.
- Strong teamwork and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Results-oriented with the ability to manage changing priorities.
- Skilled in interacting with stakeholders at various levels and demonstrating political acumen.
- Membership in the Order of Certified Human Resources Advisors (an asset).
