- Scheduling company aircraft for C-Suite executives, employees and guests delivering a high caliber of professionalism and customer service adhering to protocols as they relate to special requests.
- Communicate with and supply flight itineraries to 3rd party lift (charter) as appropriate.
- Monitor duty time limitations for flight crews to ensure compliance with applicable Wonderful Aviation Standards and General Operations Manual (GOM).
- Assist with verification and data entry process of charter billing, accurate flight logs.
- Support the aviation department with other ancillary office tasks as assigned.
- Coordinating with PIC as appropriate, trip routing, tech stops, crew augmentation and international handling (when required).
- Coordinate aircraft movement in concert with the PIC to ensure that all airspace and airport restrictions are complied with, and to ensure that all aircraft support services are available and notified.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all cases involving client aircraft operations and when dealing with sensitive or security issues.
- Answering high volume of phone calls as it pertains to departmental needs.
- Sending crew briefings to charter companies as needed.
- Daily operations of base radio, assisting all inquiries and issues.
- Adhering and addressing all needs for approval in processes of scheduling.
- Build out Future Boarding for executive level passengers as directed.
- Maintain company car loan out and ground transportation locally.
- Maintain FBO and passenger database as needed within scheduling software.
- Ability to learn aircraft scheduling and aircraft trip planning including some knowledge of FAA regulations, various airport statistics, and the resources available for trip planning, vendors available for aircraft and trip support, and weather monitoring.
- Assists with execution of (Yearly, Monthly, Daily) goal expectations of scheduling department.
- Perform/comply with departmental processes that focus on safety and provide added efficiency as they relate to aviation operations.
- 3-5 years of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED required; Some College Preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Software
- Able to learn aviation terms, procedures and policies within Wonderful Aviation.
- Ability to interact effectively as a team member with Wonderful Aviation flight crews.
- Extremely skilled and knowledgeable of customer service techniques
- Skill in organizing and performing detail-oriented and timely duties and functions.
- Ability to work and remain calm in a fast paced environment
- Possess excellent analytical, critical thinking skills.
- Possess some technical skill as related to computers and flight planning software.
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Administrative and/or Dispatching experience preferred.
- Pay Range: $20/hr. - $25/hr. and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
