- Manage relationships and multi-level merchant engagements.
- Strategic account mapping and planning
- Retention, developing, and growing of each account.
- Well versed with products and services offering, ability to cross-sell and upsell to achieve quota.
- Proactive collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver best merchant engagement in experience.
- Diligently create and manage pipeline with timely and accurate updates in salesforce.
- Creatively generate and create best suited presentation materials for each internal and external meeting.
- Willingness to travel as and when if required.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of sales & account management experience interacting and partnering with senior management.
- Native Korean speaker, excellent English in both speaking and writing.
- Extensive experience as a Sales Executive in payments, fintech or financial services.
- Understanding of eCommerce, payments, technology and change landscape.
