The ideal candidate will have basic computer and Excel skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in managing inventory accuracy, optimizing storage, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Inventory Management: Count and update inventory on hand to maintain accurate stock levels.- Receiving Shipments: Check, verify, and sign off on all incoming shipments to ensure they meet quality and quantity standards.- Labeling: Utilize printers to create and print labels for inventory items as needed.- Cycle Counts: Conduct daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.- Light Lifting: Perform some light lifting as required to manage inventory and assist in receiving processes.- Storage Optimization: Assist in optimizing storage solutions for efficient stock management.- Data Entry: Accurately enter data related to inventory levels, shipments, and stock management into the system.- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.-Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to support inventory needs and contribute to overall operational efficiency.QUALIFICATIONS:- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and recording inventory.
