Regional Sales Manager Steam - South

- Target and identify new/potential national and regional customers within steam.
- Drive rental sales growth for steam & MTHW boilers within the Sector / target customers and geographical location, with a business development approach generating leads / orders to grow the sector.
- Work closely with national and regional teams to maximise revenue from the sector across all sales territories.
- Developing appropriate promotion campaigns to establish brand and presence in the market.
- Offer guidance and solutions to our customers for our full product range of steam units and applicable accessories.
- Gather key market, customer, and competitor data to allow input of key information into the business planning processes.
- Strong sales experience within the steam sector.
- Understanding of steam boilers, systems and controls.
- Exceptional organisation skills
- Someone who adjusts to pressure and changing business conditions
- Ideally have technical HVAC knowledge
- Ideally with a hire / rental understanding
- UK Driving Licence
