Youll be a great fit if you have: At least 5 years of experience writing well - tested code with modern web tooling and frameworks, such as PHP, Symfony, TypeScript, AngularJS, React, Docker, and AWS. At least 2 years of te chnical leadership experience, including successfully leading technical design and ex ecution of feature projects. Experience guiding, coaching, and mentoring engineers of varying levels of experience. Great communication skills and a willingness to pair program, swarm on critical issues, and engage with your teammates to solve challenging problems. Experience running and maintaining large-scale production systems. Deep understanding of agile methodologies, including modern automated testing strategies, iterative development, and continuous delivery.
