- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant frontline experience in Children’s Services
- Social Workers who are able to manage a caseload comprising of Child and Family Assessments, Child in Need, Child Protection, Child Care Proceedings until permanence
- Be able to practice restoratively with child and families and promote family led decisions to manage risk and meet support needs
- Must demonstrate excellent relational work with children and families and be able to engage children through direct work and child centred practice
- Organisation skills and ability to meet competing demands are required to ensure practice standards, good quality and practice and performance
- Have good analytical assessment skills and with high quality written work
- Applicants must be able to drive and have use of a car
- Must have a clean DBS
