  • Evaluate new lending deals to establish suitable pricing that aligns with clients' profitability objectives.
  • Serve as a focal point of expertise for Relationship Managers and Originators, offering insights on credit structures, capital optimization, and risk-return dynamics.
  • Devise distribution tactics to enhance the return profile of the portfolio, including considerations like credit default swaps (CDS), insurance, sales, and securitization.
  • Monitor the designated portfolio segment closely and propose remedial actions for weak credits when necessary or feasible.
  • Proactively implement measures to reduce capital utilization and ensure data integrity.
  • Analyze opportunities for secondary loan investments.
Established European IB with strong deal flow and Corporate Loan Book|Excellent progression pathwaysFinancial ServicesGeneral:
  • Proficiency in assessing credit risks, particularly within the corporate loan market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Background in credit portfolio management, with knowledge of regulatory and accounting principles.
  • Programming abilities would be advantageous.
Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
Work Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Credit Portfolio Management, Risk Management, or related fields.
