The ideal applicant will:
- Have several years’ experience in digital forensics and/or incident response
- Have experience with investigating compromises involving large enterprise environments
- Have a good understanding of different platforms and technologies with experience with using forensic tools, acquiring and analyzing forensic artefacts, detecting breaches and resultant breach effects, and preserving and maintaining data integrity.
- Strong awareness of current cyber threats, forensic challenges and industry best practice.
- Have the ability to inspire and mentor junior team members based in different global regions
- Subject-matter expert who can communicate technical concepts to all levels.
- Work well independently, ensuring client deliverables are of a high standard.
- Takes ownership of engagements, all the while demonstrating a strong commercial awareness
- Demonstrate strong report writing and verbal skills.
- Be prepared to work some weekends when `on-call’.
- Contributions to the DFIR community, for instance, blog posts, conference presentations, tool development.
- Any penetration testing, threat intelligence, network or system administration or IT audit experience.
- Industry certifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college or university degree is a plus.
