Encouraging and leading the R&D solution teams to enable operational efficiency, driver safety, and regulatory compliance! This position requires people and technology leadership while collaborating with product and other customer facing support teams. Together, we’ll help save lives on the roadways!You’ll Get to:Construct high performance teams capable of setting and achieving high engineering standards and project executionEmpower the team to establish and maintain high code quality standards including maintainability, testability, and service levelsWork with engineering leaders and engineers to build services, and standards that enable faster time to market, improved observability, product efficacy, reliability and availabilityDevelop and validate design and technology directionsBuild relations with other technology leaders to establish architectural patterns, cloud scalability, and security standard processesCollaborate with the product teams to ensure high quality systems are delivered expeditiously and aligned with business objectivesPartner with other customer facing support teams to proactively debug and resolve customer issues while maintaining standard SLA’sPerform other duties as assignedWhat You Need:Minimum 12 years’ experience leading meaningful and sophisticated cloud based SaaS productExtensive experience managing whole SDLCExtensive experience in working with a variety of public and private cloud environmentsMinimum 5 years’ experience in a leadership role, with shown experience developing, aligning, and working through their team to deliver enterprise systemsHistory of building and mentoring strong engineering managers and engineersDeep technical background in systems, enterprise scale, and security standardsBachelor’s Degree in computer science or relevant experience requiredInnovation Lives HereYou go all in no matter what you do, and so do we.
