Job DescriptionThe Analytics Sales Enablement is an East European role supporting our Analytic Sales teams across all East European / Middle East & Africa markets on pre-sales content generation. This is a critical role in the overall sales process developing commercial and client-ready material that increases the capacity of our sales team and improving our new business strike rate. The aim of the role will be to work with the Sales team to put clients first and create an internal system to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales team.Key Accountabilities:Responsibility of Sales Materials
  • Customize existing assets for target audience at scale (pitch decks, sell sheets, RFPs, email templates, client specific insights)
  • Generation and development of client personalized 'gift of content' based on current NIQ data and models to show the problem and benefit of investing in an NIQ Analytic solutions
  • Create and / or update proposal templates to drive consistency in format and branding; includes storing of templates in centralized location
Creation of Client-Ready Content & Marketing
  • Design email campaigns, sales decks and one pagers
  • Serve as experts on content available and location of assets, communication on Social, organization of Webinars + SharePoint keeper of sales material
  • Generation, sharing and tracking of direct marketing content using current NIQ assets (MSDynamics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Sales Loft)
  • Develop market, client and competitor intelligence for EE region using external and internal data as ready database for utilisation by sales teams (for eg for Whitespacing analysis)
Ownership of Training Content
  • Generation of internal training content leveraging mindtickle where possible
Participation in Project & Financial management
  • Drive project health reviews with the broader team to identify risks and challenges and action planning
  • Develop expertise on NIQ financial tools (MS Dynamics, Power BI) to drive key financial administration and reporting tasks
A little about youYou will work within the Sales Acceleration team on creating client ready materials, landing pages, digital ads, emails, social media posts, etc., with the ultimate goal of support our sales teams. In addition to original thinking, hyper organization and keen attention to detail make your work stellar.You have an interest and understanding of the pre-sales process, have a clear ability in visualization and technology. Ideally, you have experience in Adobe Suite, Canva and Office and are able to work to a brief and adapt content & design to NIQ clients. You can analyze data and put all content into powerful slides and documents that can be used directly with our clients. You must have an eye for detail, a commercial mind and have an interest in marketing.Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree, studied Marketing, Design, Business or something similar at University
  • Have 1 - 2 years of experience working in a similar position
  • Fluent in English
  • Have clear ability in visualization & technology (experience with Adobe Suite, Canva and Office etc.)
  • Able to effectively communicate in a cross-country environment
  • Knowledgeable of MSDynamics, Salesloft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be considered as an advantage
  • Hands on experience of utilising Nielsen Retail Audit data / Kantar Household Panel data for analysis will be considered as an advantage
