Job Description:主要职责Essential responsibilities and duties:
  • Design development of new or existing products, in line with planning, process, quality and cost targets. Produce complete engineering designs translated in CAD models and creates all the associated documentation.根据计划、工艺、质量和成本目标，负责新产品或已有产品的设计开发.进行完整的工程设计，并转化成CAD模型，并编写所有相关文件.
主要任务The main missions of the role are:
  • Work As part of the design and development team, coordinate parts, FEA, Testing and other departments to carry out daily development work.
作为设计和开发团队的一部分，协调零部件、FEA、实验室等部门进行日常的开发工作。
  • Build development plan according to the program milestone track it regularly, prepare the deliverables of each Gate of the program development in advance, and ensure On time Delivery.
根据项目节点制定开发计划，定期跟踪，提前准备工程开发各节点的交付物，确保准时提交。
  • Participate in Program development and RFQ, make product book, complete the production and verification build the Complete seat 3D data, E-BOM, 2D drawings, DFMEA, CCSC list, and ensure the design freeze on time.
参与开发、报价项目，制作产品说明书，完成整椅数据的制作、校核， 制作E-BOM、2D图纸、DFMEA、CCSC清单，确保设计冻结。
  • Identify design risks in the development in advance, make the issue list, follow issues and make action plan in order to solve the issue.
识别开发过程中的设计风险、汇总开发过程中的问题清单，针对每个问题给出并落实相应的解决方案和行动计划。
  • Formulate the ECR/ECO list in the during development to control the design cost; propose a rationalized cost reduction plan to reduce the design cost.
整理汇总开发过程中的ECR/ECO清单，控制设计成本；提出合理化降本方案，降低设计成本。
  • Patent applications
结合项目开发提出发明、实用新型专利的申请
  • Participate in refined process activities before mass production to help factories successfully complete mass production delivery
参与量产前的精致化工艺活动，帮助工厂顺利完成量产交付.
  • Complete other task assigned by manager.
完成上级交代的其他任务.
