The service specialises in alcohol related brain injury. It is situated in a central location in Leeds, close to local transport links and would therefore an easy commute from surrounding areas.As the Residential Manager the following is required:
- Experience at management level in mental health and associated complex behaviours in a residential setting
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and legislations
- Experience liaising with external bodies
- NVQ Level 5 or equivalent
- Marketing the home
- Ensuring that compliance is maintained to a high standard
