BCG's Global Services provides professional management services to the firm, including the central operations of finance, information technology, marketing, risk, legal, operations and human resources.POSITION SUMMARY:The Recruiting Intern will be supporting the Recruiting Team in coordinating the Recruiting process and contributing to the strategy of hiring consultants for the Casablanca office.The objective of this position is to acquire the fundamentals of a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Throughout the role, more autonomy will be acquired, and initiative will be saluted.Also, the responsibilities below are not restrictive, and the scope of activities and the level of responsibilities are subject to change.BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Screening candidates' online application
  • Scheduling interviews and update candidates' files
  • Providing candidates with regular feedbacks on performance
  • Participating in the organisation of multiple local and international recruiting events
  • Creating communication campaign on Social Media
  • Daily reporting of the recruiting database
JOB REQUIREMENTSEnd of studies internship (6 months) - start date asap
  • University degree (a major in Human Resources would be preferred)
  • Previous internship in Recruiting or similar environment preferred
  • Knowledge of the Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Fluent in written and spoken French and English, Arabic is a plus
