Delivering engaging and interactive lessons to secondary school students.2. Adapting teaching methods to suit the varying needs and abilities of students.3. Managing classroom behaviour to ensure a conducive learning environment.4. Providing constructive feedback to students to aid in their academic development.5. Collaborating with colleagues to plan and implement educational activities.Required Qualifications:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)- Enhanced DBS check- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentEducation:Bachelor's degree in Education or related fieldExperience:Previous experience teaching in a secondary school settingKnowledge and Skills:- Excellent understanding of the secondary school curriculum- Proficiency in classroom management techniques- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs- Strong organisational and time management skillsPreferred Qualifications:- Postgraduate qualification in Education- Experience working as a supply teacherWorking Conditions:- Temporary position with the possibility of extension- Full-Time hours, Monday to Friday- Classroom-based teaching in a secondary school setting- Adherence to school policies and procedures- Collaborative work environment with fellow educatorsAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
