Whether it’s investment or transaction advice, energy system integration, or the detailed design of energy infrastructure, we help clients to chart a sustainable path forward.Watch this short clip to discover how Arup are shaping a better world and how you could be a part of it!The OpportunityDue to an increasing workload, we have several exciting opportunities for an accomplished Process engineer to focus on the development and delivery of business in the Energy, Water, Industrial sectors as part of a dynamic, fast growing, and friendly Process Engineering team.We are looking for candidates with background in Process engineering design on multi-disciplinary projects and demonstrable qualities of curiosity, personal drive and strong technical / engineering skills. The role will involve working in highly regulated sectors and you will be proficient in presentations to clients and other team members. You will have the opportunity do socially useful work that has meaning – to Arup, to your career, to our members and to the clients and communities we serve.Candidates will be need to travel to client offices and sites along with other Arup offices as part of the role.Is this role right for you?We're looking for the following qualifications, attributes, and skills:MEng in chemical engineering (or similar) / nearing chartered member status of the IChemE (or equivalent professional institution).HazOp studies and inputting to resolution of technical mattersAppreciation of batch processes, formulation, packaging technologies, sterile, aseptic, non-sterile environmentsCreation of PID’s, plant layouts, GA and also energy and mass balancesDevelopment of feasibility studies, plant operating and capital costs and design of utility systemsPrevious history in the use of AspenTech modelling software and a good comprehension of CDM, and how we can help the health safety and wellbeing of those affected by our work will be welcome for this role.Not ready to apply just yet, or have a few questions?
