Join us to influence strategic sourcing and play a key role in our commitment to quality and regulatory standards.What you will do:Analyze non-conformance data to prioritize projects and address systemic supplier issuesTake ownership of Supplier-related CAPA review and management, ensuring effective use of appropriate problem-solving toolsArticulate detailed supplier performance results and trends to the appropriate levels of managementPerform PPAP activities for supplier changesOversee processes as a process owner and drive standardization of Supplier Quality-related processes, such as PPAP, DPM, etc.Influence strategic sourcing, auditing, and development groups to understand the capabilities and competencies of suppliers to fulfill product quality and regulatory requirementsWhat You Need:Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related disciplineMinimum of 2 years’ experience in the field of Engineering and QualityExperience with ISO 13485 or ISO 9001Competence with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)Good command of EnglishMust possess excellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to solve problems in a high-stress situationEagerness to assist internal and external customersManage projects in a timely manner with adequate priority setting and minimum supervisionAbility to conduct and document technical investigationsStryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
