- Managing the training area by:
- analysis of training needs,
- initiating employee training,
- preparation of training plans,
- organization and implementation of training plans,
- reporting of training implementation,
- improving the training process.
- Coordination of the implementation of mandatory training, internal and external training through the analysis of needs, requirements, selection of applications, monitoring of implementation and organization of training on the premises of T.C. Dębica or outside the company's headquarters.
- Implementing, developing and coordinating the work of the CSD pillar (organization of meetings, implementation of development and corrective activities of the pillar, reporting results).
- Administration of local HR IT systems in the scope of activities of the organizational unit.
- Conducting selected trainings for employees of the production department.
- Support in the annual assessment process: mainly in the field of conducting interviews, defining assessment criteria, formulating goals and developing a plan for their implementation.
- Cooperation with HRBP in the field of talent management and development activities for employees of the production department.
- Implementation of new regional and internal projects (coordination, organization, execution) in the field of training and development.
- Initiating and implementing ideas / activities aimed at improving work in the area of training of the production department, especially with the use of the latest IT solutions / technologies.
- Cooperation with the Communication Department related to internal communication, campaign organization and change management.
