- You will help to deliver a comprehensive product strategy across reporting platforms.
- You will establish a robust prioritization model for report automation, product enhancement and data quality improvements.
- You will implement effective routines to ensure business requirements are understood, tracked and documented, whilst holding key business and technology partners accountable.
- You will establish a long-term strategy for enhancing reporting platforms and report automation in the portfolio with fully developed tools for maintaining or altering the strategy.
- You will drive horizontal thinking on product strategy, technology requirements and solutions. Drive execution improvements in the Agile space to ensure consistent product management practices are in place and adhered to including high quality deliverables and role clarity with partners.
- You will collaborate with a variety of partners throughout the Agile process to deliver product change on time and on budget.
- You will communicate with a broad audience of business and technology partners in a variety of formats and in a way that ensures all audience members understand and can adhere to the strategy.
- You will plan and organize projects using tools and techniques, including Technology platforms used by client facing employees, change management tools, and risk and issue management tools to ensure efficient and effective project completion.
- You will navigate across various Lines of Business and partner organizations, including Technology and Risk, leading them to negotiate decision making for efficient and effective resolution.
- You will develop, maintain, and report on an overall integrated delivery plan, raising any risks, developing a mitigation plan, and escalating issues appropriately to respective stakeholders.
- You will have experience in Global Markets Technology or Operations as a Project Manager.
- You will have efficient communication skills, being able to communicate with stakeholders up to board level.
- You will have an Operational Excellence mindset, identifying and resolving issues.
- You will have experience in regulatory environments, dealing directly with regulators.
- Proficiency in process design / mapping would be advantageous.
- Working knowledge of Agile methods and tools would be advantageous.
- Experience in Audit or GIS would be advantageous.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office would be advantageous.
