CERTIFIED PHLEBOTOMIST#LI-RS1Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce. If you receive an exemption from the vaccination requirement, you will be required to submit to regular testing in accordance with the law.Responsibilities:Responsible for all front-end laboratory processes including phlebotomy, specimen processing, send out/referred testing. Responsible for the quality and quantity of work performed by phlebotomists, lab assistants, and non-technical support staff. Will oversee all aspects of reference lab/send out testing.Qualifications: Education:Required: High school diploma or equivalent Experience:Required: 3 years of phlebotomy or specimen processing (pre-analytic) experience with increasing responsibility in an acute care facility Certifications:Required: Phlebotomy certification where State law requires
Preferred: Completion of formal phlebotomy training program and/or national phlebotomy certification through ASCP, ANP, ASPT or similar Physical Demands:About Us: Who We AreWe are a community built on care.
