- Prepare and present accurate and timely consolidated financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Compile consolidated annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Assist with monthly reporting to the group and analyse divisional financial submissions.
- Coordinate the budgeting process and prepare the final budget submissions.
- Drive the three-year planning process and facilitate ad hoc financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and JSE listing requirements.
- Engage with external stakeholders to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Matric (Garde 12)
- BCom Accounting
- BCom Hoours / CTA
- Qualified CA(SA)
- Completed SAICA Articles
- 3 to 5 years of post-article experience.
- Experience in retail accounting is a plus.
- Strong IFRS technical knowledge and experience in group consolidations, budgets, and forecasts.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of legislative requirements relevant to listed companies, including the Companies Act and JSE listing requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, pressurized environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Emotional maturity, resilience, and stress tolerance.
- A solutions-oriented approach with the ability to take initiative and think ahead.
