To find out more visit , and read about the latest news via our .Description and RequirementsThe HR Operations Specialist is in charge off administrative and operative tasks to deliver excellence in the HR department. The main activities for this role are:
  • Conduct file audits to ensure integrity and accuracy of HR documentation.
  • Process payments using systems such as Ariba and IO to ensure payment accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide support in onboarding documentation, ensuring all documents are complete and in order.
  • Manage changes and approvals in the Workday (WD) system to maintain up-to-date employee records.
  • Handle documentation related to employee terminations, ensuring all documents are complete and properly filed.
  • Assist in documentation of the hiring process, including contracts, internal policies, benefits enrollment, and compliance with legal requirements such as AFIP.
  • Provide timely updates to the payroll department to ensure accuracy in payment processing.
