- Managing a shared inbox; handling queries and monitoring absences
- Completing contracts for new starters and ensuring the onboarding process is followed
- Liaising with shared service centre to update SAP software for associate details
- Uploading all physical files onto a central server
- Updating benefit plans and ensuring these are distributed to employees
- Proven HR experience
- IT literate, preferably with SAP experience
- Confident liaising with internal staff members face-to-face, over the phone and via email
- Immediate start following a successful interview
- Competitive pay rate
- Hybrid working (3 days office based and 2 working from home)
- Working hours of Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:45pm
